Open Enrollment ensures Employees take advantage of all the Benefits of Texas A&M
Open enrollment for FY2026 ran from July 10 – 31, 2025. During that time, we had tremendous activity for employees choosing their benefits: Our employee population included 33,130 benefit eligible faculty, staff, grad assistants and fellows at Texas A&M, Texas A&M at Galveston and Texas A&M Health (02, 10, 23, respectively).
21,004 (63.4%)
completed Open Enrollment by actively reviewing their elections, made one or more changes to their elections, and submitted the Open Enrollment task in Workday.
11,051 (33.4%)
reviewed their elections in Workday and submitted the task without making any changes.
32,055 (96.8%)
of the population logged into Workday to review and submit their benefit elections for FY26.
